Hearing Benjamin Zephaniah has died of a brain tumour.

Another QI panellist pegs it. Curse?

Don’t be sad. Old Shitlocks has gone to his vegan, Republican, anarchist, pro-Hamas, oooooooh Jeremy Corbyn Zion in de sky. One love.

Hear hear. He was not someone I respected at all.

Still he didn't deserve that ending. Brain tumours scare me.

Christian Wiman, US poet has been fighting a rare cancer for 18 years:

He's currently in remission, but in such a long battle, cancer usually eventually wins.

She was on a LOT of watch lists around here.  Amazing she was left alone by 600+ DDP teams.

Nothing concrete but I booked tickets to take my mum to see Pam Ayres in October this year. Next day got a message back saying show had been cancelled due to ill health.

It's May now - that's a long time before October?

For those that are wondering who the fuck Pam Ayres is :-)

Pam Ayres is on Countdown this week. Looks pretty much like a pensioner version of Pam Ayres tbh, still her usual chatty self.

Translating works in a language spoken by 240 million people? You're right, bet it was a big waste of time. GREAT BRITAIN, ENGLISH ONLY. OI LUV, I WANT SOME FISH AND CHIPS, POR FAVOR.
