Good stuff about how that might change her outlook on life. She's not going anywhere soon, but that tonnage of flab could see her out before pensionable age. Not on the Grounds that she is any way physically unappealling. I don't subscribe to the gary Bushel/ Jim davisdson nonsense about there being anything wrong with the way she looks.
