There's still an awful lot of Peter Bowles' collaborators kicking around too. There's a team in that also.

Stu Silver, screenwriter responsible for Throw Momma From the Train and half of Good Morning, Vietnam, dead aged 76, prostate cancer. Also created sitcom Webster and wrote for Soap, Benson, Bosom Buddies and had a few acting credits.

Bo Goldman, who won Oscars for his screenplays for One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest and Melvin and Howarddead at 90.
