The IP loc isn’t always the full picture. I’ve regularly used a VPN to access EU blocked American news sites whilst editing. Doesn’t mean I’m sat in my office in Mogadishu.

Arno J. Mayer (wiki) allegedly dead at 97. Prominent historian. If true, could take a day or two to be confirmed but I would expect him to get a write up in The Times or The Guardian.

Nothing from Princeton yet, surely they'd release a statement? Also it seems that edit was reversed - the IP did come from somewhere between Boston and Concord NH, so a number of universities with leading history departments that could have seen someone in the know perhaps put it up (without a source) if true.

Why are some people hard to find stats on.. Was watching the old tv classic Night Court and watched an episode of Bob and June Wheeler.. Those two could put you in stitches.. Anyways I was trying to look up who they were and how old they were.   It's so unfortunate  that many of the cast are passing away including Richard Moll just this past year.. June was played by Annie O' Donnall.  But everything I look up can't find much info on her including her age or even if she is still alive for sure.  Had the same experience when looking up Bess Meisler. Can't find definitive info on her.
