Would have to do more research to find out if he was an underage soldier or a civilian resistor. If the latter, he'd not be in the correct thread. I've never heard of him either but fame is a relative thing. He appeared in multiple searches when seeking out info. Edit: Read more in the link about him. Was part of the Garibaldi brigade, a volunteer military unit. That makes him a World War II soldier. Gets back to the 'fame' thing as to whether he's worthy of inclusion in a Deathlist thread. drol 10,047 Posted July 22, 2018 Before the war everyone in Italy was a fascist. After the war everyone was a resistance fighter. Even my father says he was a resistance fighter and he was barely 15 when the war ended. I guarantee there were very very few real Resistance fighter in Italy and many of their actions caused great sufferings to common people. Citano (surname is from Campania, but he is billed from Tuscany) was completely completely unknown outside of his village.
