Last year, he presided over hearings for four police officers accused of covering up the investigation into the 2014 fatal shooting of Laquan McDonald. He also presided over a hearing for an officer who shot and killed 55-year-old Bette Jones, 55, and Quintonio LaGrier, 18, during a 2016 confrontation with LaGrier. All five officers were eventually fired. (HMMMMM.... just sayin.... found murdered and all, guess who gets to investigate lol). LOL and this: Police Board President Ghian Foreman said in a statement. Romanian police said a man had fallen from a high floor at a hotel in the capital Bucharest, but did not identify him. Local media identified the victim as Gholamreza Mansouri, who fled Iran last year after authorities there alleged he took about 500,000 euros (£450,000) in bribes.
