YoungWillz 21,028 Posted August 13, 2015 *sigh* One on either side is too many. With a tweak, the right to bear arms could be changed to the right to bare arms - giving everyone the right to wear a T-shirt, or summat.

SC http://mobile.nytimes.com/aponline/2015/06/03/world/americas/ap-lt-guatemala-dictators-lawyer-killed.html?_r=0&referrer= Looks like Montt's new council is getting things done! Efrain Rios Montt was released from a psychiatric hospital Tuesday, after undergoing seven days of tests that effectively delayed his retrial for charges of genocide and crimes against humanity. Attorney Jaime Hernandez, who is part of Rios Montt’s defense team, confirmed that psychiatrists had finished their assessment of the 89-year-old retired-general and submitted their final report to the Public Ministry, about one week earlier than planned. The court must now wait until Aug 18 when it will hear testimony from the doctors who examined Rios Montt and the ministry to determine whether he is physically and mentally fit to face the severe charges. gcreptile 10,964 Posted August 15, 2015 Copyright troll lawyer Paul Duffy is dead at 55, reasons not yet declared: http://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2015/08/prenda-linked-copyright-trolling-lawyer-paul-duffy-dead-at-age-55/ He was a lawyer for the multimillion dollar company Prenda, which shamed porn downloaders into lawsuits and then trusted in their desire to settle instead of enduring the embarrassing lawsuit. Eventually, the company's business fell apart among its own legal problems. Hmm, now I know where the German copyright trolls with the exact same "business plan" got their ideas from...
