Time for a random name of interest from my longlist:

Abd-Al-Minaam Khaleel (wiki), Egyptian Army general who was in command of the Second Army during the Yom Kippur War of 1973.

He turned 100 on April 1st. Here's a video of him on the occasion. He looks healthy and gives a long speech at an event marking the occasion. Could be around for a while yet.

Abd-al Minaan Khaleel dead at 100.

These are the two with no English wiki page, both military figures, with some levels of fame in their countries:

Masao Horie: Japanese military figure, former member of the House of Councillors. In an article from a year ago he says that got a perfect score on a cognitive function test at over 100 and eats food made by cooking researchers to prevent pulmonary aspiration.

Jozef Caban: Social activist, WWII vet and last pre-war member of the National Party. Still able to stand in September 2021.

Still, a much weaker year than 1914 (10 living notable people, 1 without an English wikipedia page) and 1916 (15 living notable people, 2 without an English wikipedia page)

Masao Horie dead at 106.

Video of Colette Maze, French pianist of 107. Has quite a reputation in France. Looks and sound AMAZING for her age, she’s so touching and down to earth ! Can « dance » a little, still plays 4 hours a day of piano, could definitely reach 110 I think

Didn’t follow all the history about him, what are the proofs of him being « only » 94 ?

Fauja Singh is an age faker, he couldn't produce a birth certificate to prove his age and someone said that he'd have been born in/around 1928. I have no idea if that's date is true, but apparently people in the village he's from (Beas Pind) know that he isn't the age he claims to be.

Also, Stanislaw Kowalski deserves more attention. He's an actual supercentenarian, oldest notable person, fifth-oldest living man, sixth-oldest notable person ever, second-oldest notable man ever (after Alphaeus Philemon Cole) and the oldest man + third-oldest person in his country ever.

He isn't 111, but he looks fucking ancient in new pictures.
