Or he could line up the money through his friends in Saudi Arabia or elsewhere, if the board full of his friends and allies doesn't let him sell early. While I think it's unlikely, it's a possibility.

Normally he wouldn't be allowed to sell for 6 months. And if everyone knows he has to sell half a billion $ shares in 6 months the price is going to plummet in advance of that.

Having reviewed DJT’s media company on almost all forms of company valuation it appears to be over valued. Earnings, assets, management all appear to be lacking the only surpluses appear to be in gullible investors, whilst Trump is tied in for a period of time to the stocks it remains to be seen how long it will take for the share value to achieve it’s true potential.

Currently standing at 60.60 down  8.5% on the day.

 

i think that by end of May the value will be at 35 having lost most of the interest and initial investors having taken their profits.

The obvious reason to invest is that Trump would likely notice a large donation and reward it one way or another, like with a political appointment. That's a tough thing on which to put an accurate value but if he lost the election the value of the company would be worth watching

Oh aye, and...before the investors rush to the new social media opportunity, might be worth looking over the claims of an ex-aide that Trump "hoodwinked" Scotland. The sums for his loss making operation in northern Scotland are a long way from the claims made setting the place up

Trump media continues its fall on the stock market. Donny tried a reboot today with a Turn it off and on again attempt, his IT limit, continually ill advised he pressed the wrong button and the US went into darkness and Donald blamed Biden infrastructure issues. Trump Media trending around $37 dollars today, Trump probably the best loser of stock value with no external forces. Brand value of a lying, corrupt immoral piece of shit.

This is a simple narrative, easy to understand, that he couldn't delay - because it's too small a case. He'll be a convicted felon. But even more, he might be forced to be on public display for hours. He might not be able to distract the audience with speeches or insults.

He has a habit of using things he seems to worry about as ways of abusing others, like saying someone has very small hands (which Trump does in relation to the bulk of the rest of him). Most people honestly would have forgotten who she was already because of how short her time as PM was if she hadn't been PM when the queen died. Here in the US she is much more associated with that then anything else.
