Our best week yet for guesses. Glenn, Vaughan and Lake make it, along with Jayalalitha Jayaram.

Maybe not this week, but one for a future "archive" spot - Sir Alan Urwick (1930-2016), former British diplomat, British Ambassador to Egypt in the 80s, and the House of Commons Sergeant of Arms from 89 to 95.

This may surprise you, but this is the list for last word this week: Peter Gibson, AA Gill, Coral Atkins, William Chaloner, and the only one correctly predicted, Ian McCaskill

Nothing suprises me about Last Word. It's why this thread is such fun. Don't forget to vote!

Heimlich and Nicholson from this week look good. Prior must be on this time.

Michele Morgan must be in with a shout. Lots to choose from this week. Don't forget it's a special on the 30th. Any potential names over the festive period will roll over to 6 Jan.

Final list for this week: Michael Nicholson, Zsa Zsa Gabor, Lord Prior, Rabbi Lionel Blue, and Pauline Oliveros. Surprised Heimlich didn't make it.

With so many to choose from this week's list becomes even harder to predict. Reynolds/Fisher would be a must and Micheal I suppose, but what of Parfitt, Adams and Heimlich etc etc etc. Who knows unless you are the Producer of the show.

Jill Saward a strong contender I feel.

Aye, it has to be topical/up to date and they might well give her priority over a few worthies long since cooled and torched.

But no. Full list is John Berger, Fisher/Reynolds, Heimlich, Patsy Crampton, Brain Wildlake and George Michael at the end. Enjoy the show.
