He reminded me ( physically ) of a young Gary Willmot. Remember him? A, sort of, Ben Vereen ( where did he go to? ) but from London. People in the public eye for an age then they just disappear from view forever. So, come on, lets dig into the memory banks and remember some names from the past and, if possible, try and find out 'Where they are now' Brian Conley anyone? Rusty Lee? Jimmy Cricket? Carolgees had to buy Spit the Dog back IIRC after he auctioned it off years ago. On Tiswas he introduced 'Cough' the Cat which was so wank Tarrant used to take the piss out of it and him on the show. He traveled between Holland and Scotland for work in the past, so he could have needed to travel out elsewhere at short notice. Option 3: An unexpected issue took him away from the forum, like the death of a parent, child, or he really loved Cruyff and lost the deadpooling heart after that. Option 4: He had a barney with other admin/mods and sodded off/was told to sod off, and Paul/Grim/whoever is quite pissed no one has taken their side in the better part of a year over it.
