There's bound to be a few tight squeezes and at times they'll feel like they want to give up and at times they will actually go under but hopefully they'll get through and eventually arrive at a brighter, better place. The 8 who are in hospital are said to be in reasonable health, but they are being kept in isolation and can only eat rice porridge while their digestive systems recover.
