Yaaaas. From Gran Turismo, the 'real driving simulator' back in the mists of 2001, here's one of Feeder's finest:

Gran Turismo? Isn't that a Clint Eastwood film?

My knowledge of video games is less than my knowledge of Feeder, which begins and ends with Comfort in Sound! It was the clue about the last track with their original drummer that got me there, along with Clorox's suggestion to keep guessing Feeder songs.

Anyway, I digress...

The tune to this early 70's hit was written almost 60 year's previously.

It's most famous (of the 70's lyrically enhanced) version was a top 20 hit in the Unites States. It was the third single release from a very famous album but wasn't released in the United Kingdom.

This lead to it being recorded by a different artist for UK release, and became the first of two chart hits for this female artist, performing almost as well as the much better known US release.

I think this is "If I Could (El Condor Pasa)", which was on Simon & Garfunkel's Bridge Over Troubled Water album.  A hit here for Julie Felix.  Surprised to see that she only had two hits.  She always seemed to be on the telly when I was a kid.

I haven't got a new question ready, so if anyone has something up their sleeve feel free to post it while I muse.

A typically deathray one while you wait for confirming of Toasts....

Knuckleheaded parenting advice forms the basis of this enjoyable little song from American metal superstars of the 2010s.....

I’m also in the much too recent / wrong genre camps!

I’m gonna need some spoon-feeding on this one!

I am going to run this one alongside Deathers question, purely, for us older fuckers out there.

This was a hit single from the 60s, a one hit wonder by an artist that should have been long dead.

The song should have been buried too, twas mad!

Ok, another one for us old buggers.

Two cryptic clues for this mid-eighties top 20 hit in the UK.

It could be said that the name of this band would make an excellent topical headline in the tabloids.

As soon as you said 'rapper' a whole fucking generation lost interest.

Incorrect.

The picture alludes to the title of the song; this guy would also serve.

I went to one of their gigs last year  B)

OK then.

This is a late 70s song.

Written by an artist who didn't have a hit with it himself and didn't include it on his next album.

International hit for a girl group that reached no. 1 in several countries, but only a Top 40 spot in the UK.
