I thought this might come up because I saw a FB post elsewhere saying he had died "this evening". However, there's eight hours between California and London. Banana 859 Posted June 3, 2019 I hate to be a stickler for rules, however this directly affects me so I feel I should speak up Rule 10 states that his top sub would come into play, not that he can just choose anybody after the deadline for submissions.
