At the end of the day, it doesn't matter how many accounts they ban I'll find a way. The common sense thing for the mods at this point is to unban my ip address, unban my primary account and allow me to return. 

 

In return I promise to solely post death and dead pool related content. No pornography, no swearing, no jibeing at other members and no flaming/trolling of the boards.... seems fair but I don't expect a response in favour. 

 

I'll stick solely to the Betty Driver and Hare's death pool threads and accept permanent pre-moderation if that is what it takes to be able to tip you off about frail looking soap stars again.

84 teams in by 5pm tonight - haven’t been in since then. Up about 15 on last year to same date but it’s meaninglessly small.

 

i think last year was 484 teams in total (slightly down on year before) of which about 110 were in before Christmas, 200 between Christmas and New Years Eve and about 170 on New Years Eve (which is why it takes so long to have all the teams loaded into the new year).

 

Point being so many come in at last minute that won’t really know if numbers actually up or not until the final surge .

The vows were serious but I totally understand I've likely squandered any chance of them being believed. I didn't realise the value of this place til after I ruined things. I guess.

Which is a shame, given that I haven’t seen a single person that are expressly against the ban being overturned one final time.

Tbh if he can't even get by DI - the most chilll of the admins - there's no chance that grumpy Clyde fan () is doing anything.

 

Shame as imo Deathray doesn't deserve to be in the same boat as Zorders and charon. Deathray was fucking annoying twice a year, Zorders was fucking annoying with every fucking syllable!

I don't envy the admins. I hated it when I was one elsewhere. 

 

Trouble is I don't think one 'final' time will work. Deathers is fun to read partly because of the ranting outbursts, they're a part of him, I don't think he can avoid it, whether substance assisted or not. The only thing I can see remotely working is the resumption or variation of that holiday type ban that works like a driving licence totting up system, get x first offence and x +1 second offence, until clean for period y when it resets.

 

But this won't stop an occasional porn flurry or something. Though personally I'm with @Toast on that one, disappointed to be missed. If you don't like an image, delete it. Unless the stuff were actually illegal.

But not all are so broadminded if that's the right term (I don't like it because it makes you look narrowminded if you disagree and are offended by spammed porn, and that's not what I intend) even in this place.
