On to the rules:

 

 

Pick 65 (1/10) of the 650 members of parliament elected on 12 th December.

 

During the next parliament you will score the following for:

 

-Death while in seat_ 30 points

 

_Resignation for criminal activity -20 points

 

-Non criminal resignations -10 points (Reduced to 5 if the candidate stands in the by election and wins)

 

-Correctly predicted by elections that wipe out a government majority 25 (Increased to 50 if the government collapses as a result)

 

-Unique picks :10 points

 

 

Ebtries open 13th December 12:00 GMT and end on 31st December 2019 at 23:59 GMT

One interesting scenario - should Boris Johnson lose his own seat on Thursday, he may try to remain as Conservative party leader by being parachuted into a safe seat, with that seat's incumbent standing down.

The eagle eyed amongst you will have spotted the total Lib Dem and Labour vote is more than the Tory vote.

 

The last time this wasn't the case was in 1959.

Despite the tragedy don't fall for the narrative that Britain is a right wing country, we need to build a progressive alliance to head into the 2024 election and decimate the Tories.
