They're all on FB it seems. Managed to find all their birthdays through that.

Only year I can't get now is McGhee. He's a bit of a mystery. Born 7 Jan but I still can't find his birth record. I think he is actually John L. McGhee by birth (I think the "T" is added for style). On Discogs it says aka John L Ghee. There is a John L McGhee born in Virginia in 1942 (record says 1st July but not uncommon for U.S. records to have the dates muddled because they have no consistently in date ordering(!!)  How many times do we have to tell them... smallest to largest DATE > MONTH > YEAR. It's 2020, you'd have thought they'd have changed this by now.

Anyway, in the absence of anything more concrete, I can't take this as gospel. I will leave it black for now.

Pretty happy with that section now. A pity about Jake Riley. Can't find anything other than a 2000 year of death. There is one record on Ancestry that stands out:

Jake Riley (BLACK MALE) b. 10 Oct 1949 d. 27 Nov 2000 in Los Angeles, California. There was an inquest launched into his death by the looks of it.

I can explain this I think. The 1977 release was a live version. The original appeared on McCartney's first solo album several years earlier. I don't think it was released as a single at that time.
