    No, it's a show trial, an opportunity to demonstrate that South Africa can deliver justice after a fair trial, even if the defendant is white rich and famous no matter who the defendant may be. Will they throw the book at him, but allow his bail to continue before sentencing so that he can abscond to Mozambique where his mega-rich family owns property and which has no extradition treaty with South Africa put his affairs in order before going to jail.

    To me the elephant knew exactly what it was doing. Understood that this man was responsible for keeping it locked up and took out a revenge killing when it had an easy opportunity.

    The fact that he feels he has to deny a report in the National Enquirer means he is pretty defensive. I thought they way the publication was put together was to have one hat with names of celebrities in and another with a range of shock revelations and the pick one out of each and write the story. They probably also come onto this site and say which one shall we pretend we have evidence of to say they are dying - "That really winds these guys up"

    I don't really understand why everyone is looking to the Queen to intervene in this political matter. After all, isn't that what the Prince of Wales is for?
