I’m struggling to muster up any feelings of sympathy here, mind. Could be Tardive Dyskinesia which is a side effect of antipsychotic drugs.

ladyfiona 2,587 Posted October 17, 2022 Considering the Conservatives have had a seat in my area since forever (even when called Unionist party apparently), that going red or orange would be amazing. Especially since my MP is bankrupt and said he would stand down at the next election.
Windsor 2,233 Posted October 17, 2022 After seeing her magically appear in the House of Commons (allegedly after meeting Sir Graham Brady) I withdraw my statement about moving her thread to the lighter bit. She looks like she’s about to tan her wrists…
Cerberus 302 Posted October 17, 2022 If Sunak should take over, could he keep Hunt as Chancellor? At least he's a name people know (unlike Kwarteng) and sounded, I thought, as if he knew what he was talking about yesterday. He was basically saying there are no easy fixes, which was at least honest. We are in for a hard winter, and would be even if Labour were to win an election tomorrow. Well, at least they’d be able to rebuild themselves from the ground up. That last seat would be South Holland and The Deepings, held by Sir John Hayes - a horrendous gammon who sustained a massive head injury in his 20s apparently, and it shows. 1

RoverAndOut 4,746 Posted October 19, 2022 Catching up with PMQs. What a train wreck. Loved Starmer's response to her trying to point in their direction by saying, "she's asking me the questions because we are a government in waiting and they are an opposition in waiting!" The refrain of "gone" as he listed the u-turns was delicious. She didn't fall over, that's the best you can say.
maryportfuncity 10,647 Posted October 19, 2022 Combative as she was the BBC aren't struggling to find backbenchers who think she's got "days" - the one thing keeping her there is the lack of agreement about what follows when she's ousted.
