I think the issue is that this seems to be a hyper-local election in a way it never has been before. Labour have no swing in safe seats and huge swings in safe Tory seats. Lib Dems likewise: nowhere in some areas and killing it in others. Reform clearly playing better in some areas than others, SNP hard to predict.
