One of the most notable and longest-lived radio actresses in the UK, who spent 70 years playing a major character in the most-listened to radio soap opera of all time. Another presenter of the Emmys. I had a lot of respect for was Christina Applegate who has MS and walked on stage with a cane.. She looked great though despite what is such a horrible disease to have to deal with and being so young.
