I agree, Stranger on the Shore is sooooo much better, and I say this as a Beatles fan.

Unfortunately there are people who like Beatles stuff just because it's by the Beatles, and they're so set on this that they're convinced that people who vote it down must hate anything by the Beatles because it's the Beatles. Just to be clear, on the whole, I don't like the Beatles, and all three Beatles songs in this game will be getting my full minus points until they're gone, but that wouldn't have been the case if the songs were Yesterday, Eleanor Rigby and Michelle. They're alright. Please Please Me really isn't. But then I don't like the Beatles so what the fuck do I know?

Ngl it sometimes did feel like this when we were doing the Number 1's. Some Beatles songs were the first being attacked when there was still so much dross made by other artists, it seemed like they were being attacked just because the Beatles made them and not because they were the worst songs in the game.

I can see how some Beatles fans, dare I say it, make it a little easier to justify knocking the fuck out of their songs. To me though, it's quite simple: I honestly do think most of it is dross. It's just unfortunate that the three songs of theirs I quite like won't feature in any of these chart games, so I'm just gonna be considered a hater by people who assume stuff by the Beatles is the pinnacle of music.
