Walter Mondales daughter has died - I'd say such a loss at 88 must raise the chances of his passing away too.

Oops my bad! It came up first on Google news search and I assumed it was contemporary!

My mistake and apologies.

Zbigniew Brzezinski seems very active still. Regularly appears on his daughter's show 'Morning Joe.'

Wikipedia says he was born in 1928, though, not 1927.

Saw photos of George Schultz at Nancy Reagan's funeral and he seemed in pretty good health (although it is always nice to outlive your enemies....)

Both Boyd and W. Marvin Watson (Postmaster General) are older than Clark from the three surviving Cabinet members.

Oops, didn't read the whole thing, I thought it was the ones over 85 that still remained.

That's ok, was just mentioning the oldest as it's very early (but late for my bedtime) and I couldn't be bothered doing an exhaustive list.

US President 1841-45 still has two surviving grandsons

Wasn't sure quite where to dump this random fact but it's a good one! Do the maths before reading the article and you'll be scratching your head. To give you a head start he was born in 1790 and 227 years later he has 2 living grandchildren!!

Not sure on their obitability.

I considered them for my B-Team. Them and Hitler's great-nephews. But then there were too many better picks.

Well, John Tyler did have more children than any other president, so I'm not that surprised.

Hitlers great-nephew is just 67 years old.

I still need to use the Tyler grandkids in a dead pool while the chance is there, given my fondness of presidential trivia.

Not sure on their obitability.

...."And my father was 75 when I was born, his father was 63 when he was born," Harrison Tyler explained."

Here I thought having a child at 47 was an oddity.
