Yes you're correct. Kulkov died while infected with it, so he meets the criteria. So Sutcliffe is no. 9.

Classic, let's give this a bit more exposure and for the benefit of the young 'uns explain this is one of Brass Eye's (worth a Google) best ever jokes. So good it was banned. Oh I disagree remember the case vividly.Was on the News every single night for months.He will get an obituary from every major news outlet.He was said to weigh 5 stone at one point.Has had cancer for nearly two years and has been hospitalised for a suspected heart attack and stroke in the past.

True story. The night he killed that Polish lass in Glasgow (the murder that he finally got caught for), we were in a pub 500 yards away. Bit of a "holy shit" moment when everyone realised later on.

Just realised Ian Brady was also no 50 on the list the last year we got 17 hits. If  the committee  makes a serial killer no 50 every year maybe we'll get a record year !

Heard the news bulletin on my way to work. All I heard was “one of Britain’s most notorious serial killers has died” - didn’t need the name, I immediately thought about this forum.
