I was glad he had Sir Paul as one of his last visitors.

We'll have to watch and see if he visits Shane.

(Yes I know it's a cover of that obscure 60s band. The bugs or something?)

With the "I used to be cruel to my woman" verse completely omitted.....

Rupert Holmes also wrote the song Timothy, a big hit for the Buoys in 1971. The song is about cannibalism. I’m not kidding.

I really hope that this reference to the It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia episode The Gang Solves the Bathroom Problem and it's just gone over everyone's heads.

iirc he also wrote a roman a clef novel based around the rumour that Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis were lovers and Dean's return to heterosexuality was what caused them to fall out.

As much as I hate tmz there usually scarily accurate with reports, the hits don’t stop coming.

So of the eight people from season 6 of reality show The Surreal Life, only three remain - CC Deville, Maven Huffman and Andrea Lowell. Harwell joins Sherman Helmsley, Florence Henderson, Alexis Arquette and Tawny Kitaen in that great spin-off show in the sky.

He lasted less than a day since it was announced he was in hospice care and yet immortal Carter has lasted almost 7 months, and the less said about Frank Field the better.

I said to myself in my head "I wonder how long until someone finds a way to mention Jimmy Carter".

Only took 11 minutes. Impressive.
