"I've already forgotten it. What's Chinatown? Who's Jake?"

Oh, eh, just one more thing, eh... Hey, is that an Indian Chief in your garden?

Hein

I for one wish Jack a long and happy retirement as long as he doesn't make any more bloody films.

He is one actor whose presence is guarenteed to spark my disinterest in a film.

Speculation that he has recently suffered both a stroke and a heart attack.

The former, if true, would tie in with the memory loss reports.

One to watch...

I think Jack will get a DL place next year, and will probably turn up in the DDP Drop 40 as well. Weird we're getting to the point now that the New Hollywood stars are starting to drop dead of old age-related illnesses, when we still have Fontaine, De Havilland and a bunch of other Golden Era of The Screen stars pottering about.

He isn't that ill, surely. Worst I've heard is stroke/heart attack; both survivable and he's only in his seventies; and not exactly frail.

Frank Welker (1980s cartoon series), Larry Stotch (1960s cartoon series) Greg Eagles (Batman of the Future), Kevin Michael Richardson (2000s Batman cartoon).

Yes I do hate myself for looking that up.

A lot of people are unable to remember things.

Why might that be?

Because they weren't what ..

They weren't ...

Drink is involved. I've been told alcohol affects memory, although I don't remember how.

I looked at this list and thought "Why do I know the name Frank Welker?" and so went off to do the obligatory wiki search where I discovered that he provided the voice of Freddie for Scooby Doo but I recognised the name because he was Abu in Aladdin. One of the better Disney "Classics".

Fun Fact: Frank Welker is the second highest grossing actor after Samuel L. Jackson. The man has done a voice acting role on nearly every American animated movie/show.

I know Welker's like the go to guy for animal noises, that alone must be half his resume.

Not sure if it is fake news or not? Can never be sure since Norway`s `news` coverage is poor at best.
