All I see is "local media" and "Hamas has stated behind closed doors" that Issa is dead, all being reported by the Israeli media. Israeli media that would hardly be impartial in the current conflict. So I am not sure Hamas has actually admitted anything, unless I am missing something. There is no QO at present, nothing from Western sources who are reporting this, despite this breaking hours ago.
