This is a legal device whereby a banning notice is served on any media outlet reporting allegations made against an individual, which also incorporates a ban on mentioning that said injunction is in place. Not sure if we have a similar law down here - possibly, because they didn't name Rolf for a long time in the Aus. media until he was finally named in the UK press. If the accused is the person people think it is, I understand they live overseas. Would there be any problem extraditing them from their place of residence? PS - for the record, I'm not telling my Mum until the person is formally named in the media so she doesn't know about any of this. Her reaction will be.... interesting... as she is a life-long fan...
