Vladimir Sedov was a Kazakh weightlifter born in Ushtobe, Almaty region and died in Dostyk, Karatal district, Almaty region, competed in the men's weight category of 94 kg. at the 2008 Olympics 85kg category, On November 17, 2016, the IOC disqualified him from the 2008 Olympic Games and broke his record results for failing a drug test in a reanalysis of his 2008 doping sample, and he was champion Asian in 2016, also being disqualified due to the doping problem, on 26/jun he died, suspected of suicide at the age of 35

Robin Aisher was a sailor born in Maidstone, Kent, England, who won a bronze medal in the 5.5 meter class at the 1968 Summer Olympics along with Adrian Jardine and Paul Anderson He was named an OBE in the 1986 Birthday Honours.
Aisher died on June 26, 2023, aged 89.

Valentina Zazdravnykh, died on 6/30 at the age of 68, was a field hockey player and Olympic medalist. Competing for the Soviet Union, she won a bronze medal at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow

Viktor Olsen born in Strinda died aged 99 in Ranheim on 21/apr/2023, was a Norwegian athlete, represented his country in the marathon of the 1952 Helsinki Games, where he finished 16th. Domestically, he was a five-time national champion (1954 1956-1959) and also won the 25 kilometer road race from 1953 to 1957. In his career, he was a gardener.

@Ulitzer95 I believe that facepalm was because the information had already been placed in another topic, when I searched it only returned this result, what is being reported in the other topic (100 club) is written differently her last name (Ballantijn) , that's why you couldn't find it, I apologize for reporting her death again, I didn't realize it had already been placed

Franca Capetta was born in Este in 1936 and died today at the age of 86. She participated in the women's singles event at the 1976 Summer Olympics and finished 12th with a score of 2399 points. In 1979 she won the gold medal at the Mediterranean Games.
Capetta participated in women's singles at the 1980 Summer Olympics and finished tenth with 2342 points. She retired in 1985

Ivan Levačić was born in Virje, Kingdom of Yugoslavia and died on 7/Jul/23 at the age of 91, he was a Yugoslavian cyclist. He competed in the individual road race and team time trial events at the 1960 Summer Olympics.

Patrice Aoissi died on July 8, 2023, French from Lyon aged 57, was a French professional boxer who competed from 1990 to 2000, challenging for the WBC cruiserweight title in 1996. As an amateur, he competed in the men's light heavyweight event at the 1992 Summer Olympics

Nikolai Alexandrovich Alyokhin was born in Minsk and died on July 8, 2023 at the age of 68, he was a fencer who competed for the USSR in the 1980 Olympics and won gold in team saber, being the second of that team to die, he was also world champion in 79 team saber and silver at the 1981 world championship

John Uelses, pole vaulter who never competed at the Olympics (but won the gold medal at the 1964 National Collegiate Athletic Association Championships), first man to clear 16-feet died December last year, aged 85. (News just released publicly). Alzheimer's.

Remigijus Valiulis died aged 64 on July 19. He was a gold medalist in the men's 4x400 meter relay at the 1980 Summer Olympics for the Soviet Union (he was the second to die of the 4) and as an individual runner he won a bronze medal at the 1980 European Athletics Indoor Championships

Mirko Novosel was born in Zagreb and died at the age of 85, the basketball player was a coach and professional player of Croatian basketball at the 1976 Montreal Olympics and a bronze medal at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.
Novosel was also the head coach of Croatia's senior men's team, leading it to a bronze medal at the 1993 European Championships
