What I ordered actually cost £6.90, with £2 delivery that the worst advertisement for Southern Fried Chicken of a delivery man upped to £3.10. A tenner is a lot of money, especially when I could've walked half a mile and got better food, even fast food for that matter, for a fiver. It's already kicked off with a day out today with my besties, I'll probably trawl the bars for availables tomorrow (my birfday, never happens for me) and spend the rest of the week out and about somehow. My ex-husband and I are driving from Vancouver to Edmonton tomorrow morning to bring her back to BC. To give context it is a 12-14 hour drive there and back. Proof that I will do anything for my kids. Please send your healing thoughts to my daughter she is not well. This is one of the worst fucking years of my life. Took us 14 hours to get there, only 12 to get home and I put 2600km on my four month old Tiguan. My daughter is healing and I'm hopeful she will eventually be okay. Only in his 40s. Thought he was on the mend. Sorry to hear Y-Dub. Must have been something in the water yesterday because last night my Facebook page blew up about one of the guys I shot pool with for two seasons, he also being about 45, having died suddenly. I'm not at home so it's conjecture but I understand he had a massive stroke, on Saturday, and family took him off life-support last night. I have now heard about the funeral - "mixture of traditional and bright colours" dress code - I hate that specification, it says "comes as a clown" to me. Looks like I'll just do the dull suit and wear a red bow tie - I've owned one since the 80s, long before Stephen Moffatt asked his characters to say they were cool. Going to get changed and head out to a place I swore I would never set foot in again, just because the last time I saw my friend he said I should go. Loads of faces I knew who treated me like an old friend and who I have missed terribly, hopefully I will be welcomed back if just for one night, for that is what my pal would have wanted.
