(Thanks MH.... although you moved two of my posts from the DDP 2014 thread!)

Yes, I noticed. Moving the right posts isn't an exact science. Want them moved back?

Hein

He looks really weak in this interview for World Cancer Day:

(can we get the posts about him put into his own thread?)

And he seems very humble now.... I'm 3 minutes into the video and he hasn't lit up any drugs or belly-bounced the interviewer chick off her feet yet.

(Thanks MH.... although you moved two of my posts from the DDP 2014 thread!)

Ugh, that video is a bit too long and not all that interesting. Could anyone sum up the contents relevant to his prognosis? ;) I know he had metastatic liposarcoma at two distant sites (abdomen & buttocks) and was treated with chemo (without surgery). Is he doing any better or more likely to die?

His tumours have both halved but they need to reduce more before surgery is an option and without surgery he is fucked. He said it was 50/50 in the interview and that he could very well be dead this time next year.

Rob Ford auctions off memorabilia from his time as mayor:

http://news.nationalpost.com/2015/03/04/rob-ford-richer-after-auction-but-celebrity-bounce-makes-his-memorabilia-a-poor-investment-experts/

Experts say they are a bad investment. More remarkably, he's apparently the second-most "recognizable" foreign politician to U.S. citizens, after Vladimir Putin.

A whopping 10% of the sales will go to cancer research funding. The rest is for hookers and blow.

Got to be the lamest auction ever. Rob Ford memorabilia? Wow..... utter shite, especially offensive to someone as financially fucked as me to think people out there have money to spend on such crap.

Although I suppose his undies might come in useful if someone doesn't want to shell out for a proper beach towel.

$16100 for his "crack-smoking NFL tie". Here's some other stuff, should you be so inclined.

Another article about him and statements from him:

http://globalnews.ca/news/1889103/daddy-smoked-crack-torontos-former-mayor-rob-ford-on-cancer-drugs-and-his-political-future/

He'll soon know whether the tumour is small enough for an operation or not. It actually doesn't sound very good because he has at least two tumours.

His type of cancer is quite aggressive and giving him much more than 24 months post-diagnosis regardless would be substantial. If inoperable though, we've only 9 months to 2016. It could be close but I think he could scoot into next years DL, in which case he should be a top 5 pick. Granted I don't expect the committee to bother reading our posts for information...
