Not been paying too much attention to this. It isn't illegal to join someone else's party and report back to your own (though only a bit of a twat would enjoy the thrill of that, surely), but what crimes were incited, and were they committed?

Tory, assuming the Lib Dems don't target. Heavily Brexit-voting area + sitting MP who had a (well-paying) career beforehand she can go back to + MP who doesn't want to work under Corbyn and will have no real desire to campaign that heavily = major swing imho.

I don't think it is as remote as the media would have you believe. The polls do not tell the whole story and whereas last time there were shy tories now I think people don't want to admit they would support Corbyn. If Labour can fight on NHS, standard of living and anti hard brexit they may do some damage.

But issue is Labour are split on all those issues.Particularly Brexit.I think europhile labour supporters will migrate to lib dems in large numbers.I know loads of labour voters who dont think Corbyn is up for the job.If his own parties supporters have serious doubts I cant see him winning.A lot of Greens I know are not going to defect to labour which will be a problem as green party supporters tend to be socialist in nature.

There are only a couple of places where Green votes matter. Brighton, Bristol & Norwich. Labour's core vote holds up in most places but they need to get off the Brexit agenda, make it about public services and a just society. If the opposition parties mobilise then voters  could decide to vote tactically. Labour lost a lot of votes to UKIP in 2015 but UKIP are a mess at the moment. Whether those votes will go back to Labour is debatable.

There is no template for this election. All the people who didn't vote in 2015  outnumber the votes cast for a single party.

Well, given I was wrong about Brexit on here, wrong about the last election, and if I could be bothered to go look, probably wrong about the Indy Ref too. In that case...

 

 

I can't see beyond a Tory landslide. Theresa May is 100% going to be PM after June.
