gcreptile 10,979 Posted April 4, 2016 I would really like to start a tradition with my deadpooling hits. However, The Love Boat only had 4 hits in its first year which makes starting a tradition somewhat difficult. In fact, the only kind of picks I can think of, that gave me a hit in 2015 as well as in 2016, is people related to child abuse trials. First, Leon Brittan in 2015, then Ronald Mulkearns in 2016. So for 2017, I'm keeping an eye on Lord Patrick Mayhew, rumoured to be in ill health: http://www.belfasttelegraph.co.uk/news/northern-ireland/exni-secretary-of-state-present-at-disciplinary-hearing-into-paedo-doctor-34595401.html

Sir Creep 7,070 Posted April 11, 2016 Alberto Fujimori, 69, the former President of Peru, has tongue cancer. How come no one informed me about this guy?SC Former Peruvian president Alberto Fujimori, who is serving a 25-year prison term for corruption and human rights violations, has been hospitalized, officials said Monday, the latest in a string of health crises. Fujimori, 77, was transferred under heavy guard Sunday to a clinic in the capital Lima for a gastric problem and bleeding on his tongue, where he has had a recurring cancerous lesion. Peru's former president, Alberto Fujimori, was transferred from his prison cell to a hospital on Wednesday to undergo neurological tests after feeling dizzy and briefly losing the strength in his legs, his doctor said. Hmmm, medical issues coming in bunches now. Will he see 2017? His name is on the front of my 2017 tickler file, I cannot lie.
