I don't know if this has been used before. But if you think things are bad now let me take you back.

The  country was in a terrible state

When the commons rose for a budget debate

It was a few minutes before Healey spoke

and then said "Sex will cost £1 a poke"

Whether you're short, little, long, fat or thick

The tax will be paid for the use of your dick

Then Jeremy Thorpe said "Now look Dennis dear

will this tax apply to the boys that are queer."

Then Ted Heath rose and looked rather glum

"Will I be exempt cos' I only like bum?"

Mr. Healey replied, and he sounded quite airy

The tariff will be doubled for you, you old fairy

Mr. Foot then rose to tremendous applause

He grabbed Margaret Thatcher and ripped off her drawers

he straddled across her and rode her at will

then he shouted to Dennis "Put that on my bill"

Mr. Wilson then shouted "I think  I'll resign"

I haven't had sex for a very long time

I dream every night of a fanny  that's hairy

But I get no response from my darling Mary

The debate carried on and oh what a sight

Dr. Owen was wanking the whole of the night

The speaker then said let the voters decide

But  I think they'll settle for £1.00 a ride

So now in the bedrooms of Britain at night

There's many a fanny that's closed good and tight

We're taxed on our booze and we're taxed on our smoking

But we didn't expect to be taxed on our poking

If £1.00 a grind is the price we must pay

The answer is this, with ourselves we must play,

to quench our frustrations we now have to wank

and for the state of the country we've Healey to thank.

And who would have imagined he’d get a QO!

Tbf, he is the father of current US Secretary of State so it’s not that surprising when you factor that in

Have there been any pictures released of Republican Senator from Wyoming Alan K. Simpson receiving the Presidential Medal of Freedom back in July? He would be 91 now and to me seems rather frail.

Willy Soemita, Surinamese politician who was the leader of the Party for National Unity and Solidarity from 1972 to 2019, Deputy VP of Suriname 1988-1990 (only person to ever have held this title) when Henck Arron (1936-2000) was the VP and Ramsewak Shankar (1937-) was the President and two-time Minister of Social Affairs and Housing dead at 86.

Shankar Arron and Soemita were all ousted from their positions in 1990 during the Telephone Coup organized by Ivan Graanoogst who ruled the country for five days until the elderly Johan Kraag (1913-1996) was chosen as the new President by the National Military Council.

Only a few former Members of the Finnish Parliament alive to have served in WWII.

Oldest one as far as I know is Taisto Tähkämaa, Defence Minister 1977-1979 who will be 98 in December. He fought in the Battle of Tali–Ihantala, the largest battle in the history of the Nordic countries, in summer 1944. Tähkämaa used to be fiercely against Finland joining NATO, but I wonder if recent months have caused him to change his opinion on it.

He's been in a care home for atleast three years. Above picture is from around 2021.

Waiting for someone to correct me, but I believe that QEII's death means that there is only one living female former world leader who was born in the 1920s.

Violeta Chamorro (wiki), President of Nicaragua (1990–1997). She was born in October 1929 so will turn 93 next month. Unsure of her current condition, but she retired from public life in 1997 due to poor health.

Chamorro is in extremely poor health and has been for years. She's suffered from osteoporosis for decades, was suffering from brain tumors in 2011, had a serious stroke a few years ago and suffers from advanced dementia.

Could've also partially been because he and Abe seemingly didn't ever quite get along. We'll see.

Watched some of it. Former Prime Ministers of Japan: Junichiro Koizumi (80, served 2001-2006), behind him Yasuo Fukuda (86, served 2007-2006) and Yoshirō Mori (85, served 2000-2001).

japanpms.png.e35b28752b7cd32ba674cd77f0721982.png

All were Lib. Dem Prime Ministers, not sure if Morihiro Hosokawa was there.

There was some younger-looking man, in the front row, in a wheelchair - any idea who this is?

guy.png.8e8a2c90f87a7359ada41e4c26aa1aff.png

There was also this wheelchairbound guy who looked absolutely horrible:

guy2.png.d1f5bf52710ff7d732d39272238e5d8b.png

Interestingly he was probably one of the former/current heads of govt/state or VPs. Not sure at all who. In attendance a few unmentioned leaders for example "A former President of Germany", "a former President of France", "a former VP of Zimbabwe", "former President of Switzerland" and "a former President of Turkmenistan".

Lots of former Heads of State and Govt there.

Whole thing here:

Timestamps:

1:53:48, former Prime Ministers pictured above.

around 2:00:48, wheelchairbound guy, Kamala Harris also there

2:53:57 onwards, multiple wheelchairbound people. Including this man:
