Yeah there was a story from very late on in Kate Hepburns life when she was trying to remember an actor she'd starred opposite in the 1940s and kept describing him, until those present began to realise with horror she was trying to describe Spencer Tracy whom she'd completely forgotten. (40 year affair they had, followed by Hepburns 40 year mourning for him, for younger posters...)
