Bibliogryphon 9,588 Posted February 25, 2020 Don't everyone get excited this is not an update but I am currently in the Starbucks in Brussels airport which is where I started this thread over two years ago. As of Sunday the game will have reached the two year mark. Has anyone here had the misfortune to catch the ITV quiz show Tipping Point? That is where we are now. msc 18,479 Posted March 27, 2020 I tried to pick old and frail for the Grammy category, and have given the kiss of life to Ella Jenkins, Roy Haynes, Jean Cussac and Alan Bergman instead.

RoverAndOut 4,746 Posted April 16, 2020 This is amazing. I don't check in as often as I should with you fine chaps and chapesses at the moment, but I happened to be on tonight and saw this thread trending. I thought 'has it finished?!' Of course not! Not fancying my chances though - my best bet is two rather sprightly-looking Dallas actors. I have got a 98-year old Grammy winner though, but that would put me in the seemingly never ending purgatory that is World Boxing Champions. Is there really nobody whose death would win it for two people simultaneously?

However @time gets an eight hit his third in Dallas but doesn' get any more permutations in his one to win situation. Thanks @YoungWillz for flagging this up and thanks to all the players for sticking with this epic game Bibliogryphon* bg 1/0/1/1/1 Fixed Business fb 1/0/2/0/0 Captain Chorizo cc 0/0/1/1/2 Time** ti 2/0/3/1/2 Toast to 2/0/2/0/1 YoungWillz yw 2/0/0/0/2 msc* mc 0/0/2/1/1 Yorkshire Banker** yb 0/1/1/1/0 Sir Creep (Do I Need A Joker?)* sc 0/0/3/2/1 GCReptile* gr 1/0/2/0/0 Death Impends** di 0/0/3/2/1 Spade Cooley** sp 0/1/1/3/1 Rover & Out ro 2/0/3/0/1 Grim Up North gn 0/0/3/2/1 FujimoriNoMorey fm 1/0/1/2/0

Bibliogryphon 9,588 Posted April 29, 2020 There are five teams one hit away and thirty six names that will end the game. This is the league table with number of ways to win @time who has 10 ways to win @YorkshireBanker who has 9 ways to win @spadecooley who has 8 ways to win Bibliogryphon who has 5 ways to win @deathimpends who has 4 ways to win I bet you all got really excited then. The winning list has not changed since February 1
gcreptile 10,979 Posted April 29, 2020 I can't believe I'm still at least two hits away from victory. I also can't believe that Stephen Sondheim saw his 90th birthday, and that Sidney Poitier is still alive.
