I honestly don't think anything is bad now, nor does anyone I guess. I love Blondie to bits, seen them live, Bowie also. 

Kate Bush absolutely smashed it with Wuthering Heights, oh boy that showed that something off the wall was a brilliant track.

 

For me - Donna Summer was a step above any of those in changing the game, but I accept that isn't a universal feeling. 

Got to vote for it til I can't though.
