And there it is! After a near four-week fracas of festive…fongs, we have a winner. Unlike last year, it wasn’t all that close. Unlike last year, it isn’t all that Christmassy. Unlike all previous KoS winners, it’s a double A-side. And unlike all UK Christmas No.1s bar one (well done Wham!), it’s (well, half of it is) a double festive chart-topper. Pair six minutes of progressive insanity with four minutes of melancholic farewell from possibly the greatest showman ever to have graced our ears, and what do you get? A runaway Kill or Save Christmas Champion, Bo Rhap/TATDOOL!
