Jungle Jack, Mongo, Edie McClurg, Valerie Perrine, Joe Don Baker, obviously Carter and Gene Shalit. Granted we have one more month and some of these aren’t famous enough.

What are peoples thoughts on dropping James Whale? I'm honestly undecided if i'm keeping him on my shadow list.

For the official list I think he's a necessary drop, for shadow lists it depends how many you need to get rid of, personally I'm keeping him as I have the room but if you need the extra space he's a safer option to drop than most 'terminally ill' people.

TBF I did make it months back and CBA changing it if a bunch of them died before 2025 started but never mind it was same when I got Patrick Moore for my 2013 list (he didn't make it)

A sure fire pick for the Deathlist now has to be Ian Smith AKA Harold bloody Bishop. Terminal lung cancer, and its one of the rarest and worst prognosis lung cancers too.  A gimme for the DL and Drop 40 imo. Sad though as I really liked Harold as a kid.

Very sad news. Cosndering he is only now finished filming for Neighbours there is a fair chance he is still on screen  after he dies as Neighbours filming months in advance. And it sounds like his character is being killed off.

If he's deathlist worthy, can anybody please make a thread so we can post about this news one more time?

Though I don’t think he’ll make the starting line I 100% think Peter Yarrow would be a great inclusion if he made it. Though they didn’t pick Mary Travers so he could get ignored anyways…

They did skip Mary but I'm in favour of DL2025 picking as many ill celebs as possible.

Is there any chance Steve McMichael will debut on the list? It seems like a guaranteed hit to me, just like Tippi Hedren and Mahathir Mohamad.

Iron maiden are very famous with their latest 3 albums being number 1 in over 25 countries, so I can see their drummer making the list at some point :evil2:

In the traditional ‘fairly old obscure British actors who there’ll be no news of until their death’ genre, I’d like to see either Peter Cellier or Gerald ‘good shot, Hadleigh’ Harper as a possible addition. The latter apparently dated Sarah Alexander when he was 70 and she was 30, giving hope to all us ageing pervs. I say, well done old chap.

He was into more than just that. I know someone who was in "the biz" who was speaking to a fellow thesp who worked with Harper in Thailand and was keen to sample some of the entertainment on offer, shall we say?

But keep that under your Stetson ;)

I reread Mary’s thread, seems like her cancer was mostly stablish until the final few months? Whereas Yarrow is clearly on his way out so like I said, if he’s still alive in 2025 Peter would be a great inclusion

I don’t think Bruce is going anywhere anytime soon. If Joanne Woodward is still going… I think Wendy Williams is the one to be worried about.
