oldhollywood 98 Posted Wednesday at 04:18 Ann Blyth and Nancy Olson have to go on this list before it’s too late… I believe they’re the oldest living Oscar nominees Edit: not the oldest living (Eva Marie Saint, Lee Geant, Rosemary Harris and Estelle Parsons) succeeding), but they are the earliest nominated

Given that Grant is an Oscar winner and turns 100 this year, she could continue the Lear/Johns/Saint streak, but she isn't discussed nearly as much on this site, so I'm not really holding my breath. Parsons is pretty much the same story. Craig has a pretty sizable cult following on here, but DLwise that ship has probably sailed. Squibb is a bit of a coin toss, given she only really became famous in the last 15 years, but she's definitely the most active of the group and her age gets a lot of coverage. She's 96 this year, so if she becomes a centenarian (or close) and keeps acting, which doesn't seem impossible, I think her deadpooling notoriety might increase enough to get her on the main list, but that's just me spitballing. 2

I think Kitty Dukakis goes before her husband; she's the one with the life-long health issues.
livingbygrace 522 Posted yesterday at 07:32 John MacArthur.. He could be a possible choice. Last year he had heart surgery, and his recovery has not gone 100% smoothly. Apparently he might be in the hospital now having them work on something that was plaguing his recovery. He himself tries not to let too much information about his health out in public There are some false rumors he is in palliative care but those I believe are lies going around. I am not on Twitter, but a Phil Johnson on his Twitter account has given an update if anyone wants to check it out. I have been sprinkling him in a few pools here and there. Summer in Transylvania 2,349 Posted 13 hours ago Never mentioned hereabouts before, Rafael Ruiz Perdigones and Antonio Romero Monge of Macarena fame will turn 88 and 86 respectively next year. Guaranteed QOs for them both. Edit: It actually turns out they will be 79 and 78 respectively. I'm unsure where the older dates come from. 1
