Think it is more than advice as his manager said there was no hope and a further announcement would be made on Wednesday. Can only really conclude he is brain dead on a ventilator and the conversation is when not off to turn it off.

Sad news, but somehow it was never likely to end well for him. Too many demons :(

I'll watch one of his films tonight, probably Heat. RIP!

Sad news. Gene Hackman , Pamela Sue Martin and Eric Shea the last three  left from the Poseidon Adventure now. Would be a fairly big surprise if Hackman is not the next one to go.

New photos of Gene Hackman have surfaced online.

The two-time Oscar winner was spotted fueling up for physical labor at a local Wendy's.

Ebrahim Golestan and Robert M. Young are older than Roger Corman.

Ebrahim Golestan, a great master of Iranian cinema, turned 100 in October 2022.

Thank you very much, while Berti was even older when he died, Ebrahim takes over this post

Would Norman Jewison get a BBC Obit? He was behind several influential films so I would guess so, but one can never be sure.

After all, Walter Mirisch failed to get a BBC Obit.

It's crazy how this site is able to report celebrity deaths several minutes before Wikipedia does.
