As a few years ago there was a lot of discussion about the last subjects of Queen Victoria, another site had a list of the last subjects of Edward VII. They're all over 111 years old:

1. Phyllis Ridgeway (March 10, 1907 - present)
2. Cecile Klein (June 15, 1907 - present)
3. Lillian Priest (November 7, 1908 - present)
4. Lourdina Conceicao Lobo (December 8, 1908 - present)
5. Gertrude Kingston (February 1, 1909 - present)
6. Mollie Walker (February 5, 1909 - present)
7. Koko Hume Lepot (March 16, 1909 - present)
8. Eslin Mulgrave-Collins (April 2, 1909 - present)
9. Ethel Caterham (August 21, 1909 - present)
10. Rose Eaton (August 23, 1909 - present)
11. Rosalie Wolpe (August 25, 1909 - present)
12. Yvonne Delorme-Martel (October 21, 1909 - present)
13. Dexter Kruger (January 13, 1910 - present)
14. Eloise Chandler (January 21, 1910 - present)
15.  May Willis (March 18, 1910 - present)
16. Melville Williams (February 21, 1910 - present)
17. Margaret Reed (April 20, 1910 - present)

Latest one to die was Nancy Marie of Seychelles, four days ago.

There are also multiple questionable claims such as the likely fraudster Eliza Carrows (never existed)

Now it's only the top 3, Tanaka-Randon-Dos Santos.

However I'd be suprised if Dos Santos doesn't go soon.

Both Jeanne Bot and Dos Santos looked very frail, however they reached very high ages.

Jeanne Bot at 116 years and 130 days was by far the oldest 4th oldest living person ever.

Previous recordholder was Chiyo Miyako (115 years and 348 days and 4th oldest living person on 15 April 2017 before Morano's death).

Emma Morano looked happier and healthier at 117, but even she couldn't make it to 118. I do think we'll have at least one 118 or even 119 year old in the 2020's, but it feels very unlikely Kane Tanaka will be the one to break that barrier again. You can really tell she lost a lot of her energy and freedom of movement these past few months. She just looks really good to us in comparison to the two previous Japanese record holders, who were both extremely frail and it's a wonder they got as far as they did. But once a supercentenarian starts deteriorating, even a strong one like her...:(

Now Kane Tanaka is more than a year older than Emma Morano.:D

Hm, Ruth Apilado is not on the list of oldest living people:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_the_oldest_living_people

Only because she hasn’t received news coverage in some time. Her relatives occasionally post about her on FB but FB isn’t an acceptable source for Wiki.

We’ll know when she dies I imagine.

Chigago Sun-Times article about Ruth Apilado (1908-2021). In addition to being the last person notable for other reasons than age born in the 1900s, she is the 10th oldest person in the USA and in the top50 oldest people alive.

Gertrude Annie Kingston, who has lived through two World Wars and the 1918 Spanish flu pandemic, has received the first dose of the coronavirus vaccination at the age of 111 years and 357 days.  Mrs Kingston is the second oldest living person in the UK after Sarah Lilian Priest, who turned 112 in November last year.  Mrs Priest, who lives at York House care home in Swanage, Dorset, had the vaccine on Tuesday.

I have a suspicion that this might be a mistake. The oldest person in Britain supposedly died on June 6th, and the only media outlet that reports it for almost two weeks is a Dorset radio station?

I've had her (as a Deathrace pick, that is) but not currently sitting on any team I have.
