Report of the death of drummer and songwriter Everett Collins, who seems to have toured with and appeared on one album with The Isley Brothers: https://www.soultracks.com/story-everett-collins-dies

 

Rather more consistently, he was the drummer and backing vocalist in the 80s/90s band Surface, though not seemingly an official member. The band seems to have done rather better Stateside than in the UK.

Graham Dowdall, aka Dids aka Gagarin, who drummed for Nico (and played synths for Pere Ubu) reported to have died yesterday.
