Yeah, that confused me when I heard it on the radio. Got me wondering briefly if it was some auto-erotic failure but given the actual hanging (i.e. not the David Carradine/Michael Hutchence off a door handle with your cock out scenario) I'm guessing it's a suicide but the lack of a note and chaotic nature of his lifestyle means a coroner can't be certain he meant it.
