Toast 16,141 Posted October 23, 2017 The person who instigated the use of the word "gift" as a verb. Now it's everywhere. People no longer give things to each other, they "gift" them. They talk about "gifting" something instead of giving it. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP
CarolAnn 926 Posted October 23, 2017 And then there's regifting. And degifting. Unfortunately I bring the sad tidings that "gift" has been a verb for many, many years. Like 400, according to Merriam-Webster. In the OED: VERB [WITH OBJECT] Give (something) as a gift, especially formally or as a donation or bequest. ‘the company gifted 2,999 shares to a charity’ SYNONYMS present, give, bestow, confer, donate, contribute, endow, award, accord, grant pledge, vouchsafe, furnish, bequeath, hand over, turn over, make over, leave, will

philheybrookbay 439 Posted November 6, 2017 Champix. Whilst they’re a wonderful drug to stop smoking- this is in part down to the constant need to vomit every 30 mins. I’ll be smoke free but stick thin at this rate.
Boudicca 702 Posted November 6, 2017 I can't keep weight on atm either and I'm not even on that horrible drug. I tried it once and it was awful. Launch it and start vaping instead. Costs less than a tenner a week once you know what you like.
Lord Fellatio Nelson 6,218 Posted November 18, 2017 What shall I get for Christmas? Oh, I know!!! Nick Knowles has an album out of 'grate chooons' for me to stick on the CD player. Hey, I may even buy Shane Ritchies new CD to play when I've worn Nicks one out. Fucking cunts, the lot of em.
Youwanticewiththat 611 Posted November 18, 2017 Ah LFN, so considerate, now we all know what to get you - I love a considerate giftee. I'm sure someone else will be delighted with that Bradley Walsh album I'd purchased on your behalf.

Toast 16,141 Posted November 28, 2017 I've never liked the name Megan, and I hate it all the more when it is spelt with an unnecessary H in the middle.

Toast 16,141 Posted December 7, 2017 Royal Mail prices. Working out how much it will cost to send something in a padded envelope. Conclusion is it will be £1.30 first class, or £1.22 second class. Does anyone have a clue what first and second class stamps cost since they stopped putting the prices on? First class is 65p. Two first class stamps come to £1.30. Makes sense. But I only have one. Second class is 56p. Do two of those make £1.22? No they do not. They come to £1.12. Who the FUCK decided it was a good idea to charge more than the price of two stamps? And to add insult to injury, if I use my single first class stamp with one of my second class ones it comes to - £1.21

That's a pisser, really sorry drol. And don't fret, it's good to be in touch with your emotions and how to deal with them. Cry away, and take it easy. 1
