Another ailing ISKCON guru:

Giriraj Swami (wikidiagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. According to coffintease Jayapataka Swami he's also underwent some surgery recently.

Quite a suprise as I've followed that generation of Hare Krishna gurus for deadpooling reasons a year or two now, and not long ago he seemed almost the healthiest of the bunch. There's around fifteen of them of that generation left with Wikipedia pages, most notably maybe Mukunda Goswami who introduced ISKCON to the UK, got George Harrison into the group and was present when Harrison died.

As a successor for the cranky crook televangelist lifetime award I'd suggest Ezekiel Guti (wiki), Zimbabwean televangelist and notorious land/money grabber, who just turned 98.

Also sect lead... bishop Paul Mwazha (wiki) will be 103 in October and the battle for succession has already started.

Zimbabwean cult leader Paul Mwazha is wheelchairbound and barely conscious here, and they're even saying "age has finally caught up to him".

It will be interesting to see who replaces Welby as the See of Durham is currently vacant, The Archbishop of London is a woman (but also youngest of the big three). That leaves The Archbishop of York - Stephen Cottrell (b.1958) and Th Archbishop of Winchester - Philip Mountstephen (b.1959)

Though previous incumbents have been Translated from less prestigious Diocese

Cottrell came and spoke at our parish church once, when he was Bishop of Reading.  I forget what the occasion was (I am not a believer and only go to special services like Harvest Festival - nostalgia really) but he was rather good fun as I recall.

Cottrell is too old. Archbishops have to retire at 70 and he'll be 67 next year

Apart from Welby's shocking lack of action over a paedophile QC (establishment cover-up possibly?), it should also be remembered that he personally supported Paula Vennells when she was amazingly on a shortlist of three to be Bishop of London!! This is despite her neglible previous priestly experience. Bishop Ball (whose twin brother was also Bishop Ball) was a convicted abuser who seemed to be a personal confidant of the former Prince of Wales who seems a very poor judge of character. A final point - it seems a surprise that abuser John Smyth QC was married with a family - did none of them ever realise what was happening as the abuse not only occurred on church camps but also in his house. He moved country twice as concerns were being raised - how did he explain these moves to his wife?

Nothing has happened for now, but rabid conservative prelate Carlo Maria Viganò (wiki) is quite pushing his luck. A beacon for Italian and Murrican anti-vaxxers, he thinks this is all a pedosatanic conspiracy orchestrated by "Jews and Freemasonry" to control population and make people sterile using the so-called "vaccine". Also this was all described into John Lennon's song Imagine, about which he feels "pure horror".

Of course the current Pope is the Antichrist and reduction of population is also going through "acceptance of homosexuality". Archbishop Viganò supports no-vax protests in Italy and wishes violence from them.

The world would be better without some people. This bastard is no different from Talibans.

Carlo Maria Viganò was excommunicated in July.
