South Korean Ham Kee-yong (wiki) died yesterday, aged 92. He was the 1950 winner.
Japan's Shigeki Tanaka (wiki) died in October, aged 91. He was the 1951 winner.
Finland's Eino Oksanen (wiki) died in August, aged 91. He was the 1959 winner and 1961/1962 winner.

The earliest living now is Belgian Aurèle Vandendriessche (wiki) who is 90 and was the 1963/1964 winner.

He was Denmark's oldest known living athlete, who now happens to be Birte Christoffersen born 28/Mar/1924, She competed in the 3m springboard and 10m platform for Denmark at the 1948 Summer Olympics and for Sweden at the 1956 and 1960 Summer Olympics. She won the bronze medal on the platform in 1948

95, but no doubt a few of them are already dead off radar. 
 

There’s only one individual still alive from an earlier Olympics. Iris Cummings from the 1936 Games. She’s 103 in December.

1948 Turkish olympian Mustapha Batman who was listed as alive by Olympedia, actually died in 2004.

Which makes Uner Teoman the last Turkish survivor* from the 1948 Games. She is 91 years old.
 

* There’s a Turkish olympian, A. Tarık Eğrilmez, who doesn’t have a death date, nor a birth date for that matter.

But he competed in art, and art competitors were much older than the athletes, so he’s most likely dead.

He was the oldest known Olympic shooter, who now happens to be Venezuelan Enrique Lucca, born on December 23, 1923, who also participated in the breaststroke event and came in 25th place
