MarcJWallace 270 Posted December 8, 2021 Jacques Zimako, the first player of Kanak (Indigenous native of New Caledonia) origin to be capped for France, has died aged 69. A forward, he began his career at the Corsican club SC Bastia where he made 134 appearances and scored 42 goals before moving to Saint-Etienne in 1977 where he scored 30 goals in 120 games.
