Bit of drinker, seems to have blighted his later careers.

Yeah one of the few people picked on the DL before I was born.

 

Think it is only Ozzy David Jenkins,Tony Bennett ,The Queen,Brian Wilson,Shaun Ryder ,Jerry Lee Lewis  George Linker and Frank Bruno left in that category.

Former journeyman footballer Marvin Morgan has died aged 38. Played in the lower reaches of the Football League & non-league, including Hartlepool, Plymouth and Shrewsbury.

 

ETA, Was also the founder of fashion label Fresh Ego Kid (no, nor me).

Jacques Zimako, the first player of Kanak (Indigenous native of New Caledonia) origin to be capped for France, has died aged 69.
 



A forward, he began his career at the Corsican club SC Bastia where he made 134 appearances and scored 42 goals before moving to Saint-Etienne in 1977 where he scored 30 goals in 120 games.

During his time with Les Verts, he won the French title in 1981 before moving onto Sochaux and then returning to Bastia between 1983 and 1985 before retiring.

(As an aside New Caledonia is very shortly voting on if to become independent of France).

Jimmy Robson, who played for Burnley from 1956-1965 and played during their First Division victory in 1960, dead aged 82. He also played and scored in the 1962 FA Cup Final against Tottenham.

Jimmy  Greaves also scored in that cup final and they were each teams respective no/10. Also on hand being introduced to the teams was The  Prince Philip.

Diego Montiel (25) who mainly played for Argentine side Atlético de Rafaela in the top two divisions before gradually moving down to the Amateur ranks by 2019 has died of meningitis.

Former Polish player known for his fare in Silkeborg IF, Viborg FF, Kaiserslautern and Lodz, Grzegorz Więzik (58), has died according to a Polish source.

 

Also confirmed by a friend of him on twitter.
