I note that Stepney, Kidd, Aston and Crerand are four of the five survivors of United's 1968 European Cup triumph. No sign of David Sadler, the fifth survivor.

I also note that there are currently five surviving players from the Benfica team - Henrique, Calisto, Cruz, Augusto and Simoes.

Portuguese footballer Adolfo Calisto (Wiki), who was one of the top players for Benfica and the Portugal national team during the 1960s and 1970s dead at 80

Terrific player, very underrated indeed and one of the best defenders in the Championship over the last 15 years. Terrible news.

Played for Sven with Ivory Coast and apparently was Erikssons first signing at Leicester and now both are gone within a week.

From what I can see with a quick(ish) glance, some of the oldest living home nations international footballers. Not convinced some of those Irish/Scots are still going, and there must be gaps in the Welsh list. But it is what it is.

Scottish

8.       Mick Cullen – 3rd July 1931

Mick Cullen reportedly dead: https://www.lutontoday.co.uk/sport/football/luton-town/former-luton-town-derby-county-and-scotland-winger-cullen-passes-away-4766900

Surely he was Luton, Derby and Grimsby's oldest player at 93 @Octopus of Odstock?

A pick in the Scavenger Hunt I believe @Bibliogryphon;)

Just to confirm:

Ron Harbertson Grimsby and Reg Pearce Luton are definitely alive.

Cecil Law (Derby) is possibly the oldest but no news on him recently.
